ROYAL CANIN® HEPATIC dry is a complete dietetic feed for cats formulated to support liver function in the case of chronic liver insufficiency. High quality protein, moderate level of high quality protein and high level of essential fatty acids. RECOMMENDATIONS : It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use.

Recommended for cases of:

1. Cholangitis/Cholangiohepatitis associated with liver dysfunction.
2. Portosystemic shunt.
3. Hepatic encephalopathy.
4. Copper storage disease.

Not recommended in cases of:

1. Hepatic lipidosis without hepatic encephalopathy.
2. Acute hepatitis without hepatic encephalopathy.
3. Growth, gestation and lactation.

*In these cases the recommended diets are GASTROINTESTINAL or RECOVERY
