- For delivery within the city of Riyadh, Zarafa delivers with partners and it's own fleet
- For shipping outside of Riyadh, Zarafa partners with various shipping companies.
Can Zarafa provide delivery and shipping services to any cities?
Zarafa offers delivery and shipping services to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long is the delivery time?
- In Riyadh: Max 48 hours.
- Outside Riyadh: Within 2-7 working days.
How much is shipping cost?
The shipping cost for all cities in the Kingdom is as follows:

- For outside Riyadh orders please be advised that the fees provided above include the weight of 15 kilograms only. For each additional 1 kilogram, an additional one riyal will be charged.
