Zarafa is an online website and App does not have a physical store

You need to craet an an account in the Zarafa to complete your order

To register an account in the Zarafa , please follow these steps:

1. Click on "My Account."
2. Then, click on "Create Account."
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click on "Create," and welcome to the Zarafa family!

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping methods and companies used by Zarafa?

• For delivery within the city of Riyadh, Zarafa delivers with partners and it's own fleet
• For shipping outside of Riyadh, Zarafa partners with various shipping companies.

Can Zarafa provide delivery and shipping services to any cities?

Zarafa offers delivery and shipping services to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How long is the delivery time?

• In Riyadh: Max 48 hours.
• Outside Riyadh: Within 2-7 working days.

How much is shipping cost?

The shipping cost for all cities in the Kingdom is as follows:

If the order value is more than 250 riyals

the shipping cost is 25 riyals

If the order value ranges from 1 to 249.99 riyals

Note: 

• For outside Riyadh orders please be advised that the fees provided above include the weight of 15 kilograms only. For each additional 1 kilogram, an additional one riyal will be charged.

What are the available payment methods?

Cash on delivery:

• The delivery fee for outside Riyadh is 20 riyals 
•  The delivery fee for inside Riyadh 10 riyals

Credit cards:

• We accept Mada, Visa, and MasterCard.
• Pay directly on our website.

Order

How to order?

1. Choose the desired products and add them to the shopping cart
2. After selecting all the products you want to order, go to the shopping cart, add any notes, if any, and then click “GO TO THE CHECKOUT ”
3. Fill out the contact information
4. Choose a shipping method
5. Click on the “PLACE ORDER” button. The order will be confirmed by a confirmation message via text message or email

How to track the order?

• For orders within Riyadh: The Zarafa team will contact you after confirming the order to coordinate the most suitable delivery time for your convenience.
• For orders outside Riyadh: A shipment tracking number will be sent to you to track the shipping status directly from the shipping company's website.

Can I cancel the order after it is completed?
