Shipping & Delivery Policy

Within Riyadh

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
• During peak periods, promotional campaigns, and seasonal periods, delivery within Riyadh may take up to 48 hours.
• Delivery hours within Riyadh are from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Delivery arrival time depends on the customer's location and neighborhood. The delivery driver will contact the customer when approaching the delivery location.

Outside Riyadh

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days through our shipping partners.
• During promotional campaigns and peak seasons, delivery may take up to 14 days.
• Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 24 business hours of receiving the order.
• During peak periods and seasonal campaigns, order processing and handover to the shipping company may take up to 48 business hours.

Note: All delivery timeframes stated above are estimates and may vary depending on order readiness, customer responsiveness to customer service, shipping company operations, and other operational or logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Within Riyadh

• Orders above 250: Free shipping.
• Orders of SAR 250 or less: SAR 25 shipping fee.

Orders Outside Riyadh – Weight of 15 kg or Less

• Orders above 250: Free shipping.
• Orders of SAR 250 or less: SAR 25 shipping fee.

Orders Outside Riyadh – Weight Above 15 kg

• A base shipping fee of SAR 25 applies.
• An additional SAR 1 per kilogram will be charged for every kilogram exceeding 15 kg.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is selected as the payment method, an additional SAR 20 COD fee will be added to the order, whether the delivery address is within or outside Riyadh.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate address and contact information when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a delay, failed delivery, cancellation, or return of the shipment, applicable fees will be charged in accordance with our Return and Order Cancellation Policy, without exception.

Orders Within Riyadh

The delivery driver will contact you before heading to your delivery address. Deliveries are made between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Orders Outside Riyadh

A shipment tracking number will be provided to the customer, allowing them to track the shipment directly through the shipping company's website.
