Shipping and delivery

Duration:

Inside Riyadh:

Orders will be delivered on the same day if confirmed before 12pm.
Orders are delivered the next day if confirmed after noon.
Delivery within Riyadh may take up to 48 hours during seasonal discounts.
The delivery time inside Riyadh is from 4 pm to 10 pm.
The courier shall contact the customer upon approaching the area of delivery, as the expected time of arrival is dependent on the neighborhood.

Rest of the Kingdom's cities: within 2 - 7 working days.

Note: During seasonal discounts, shipping outside Riyadh may take up to 14 business days.

During the discounts period, shipping outside Riyadh may take up to 14 days, and the processing time may increase during high seasons.
Orders are picked up by shipping companies within 24 working hours of placing the order.
The above time period is conditional on the customer's response to customer service and the shipping company, which helps deliver orders in a shorter period.
Place of delivery: Orders are delivered to your doorstep if the address information is complete and accurate, or it will be delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company.

For orders outside Riyadh, the above fees include a weight of 15 kilograms only, and for every additional 1 kilogram, each kilogram will be calculated as one riyal .

Unable to deliver orders:

Entering the address and contact number correctly is the responsibility of the customer, and in the event of any error that leads to the cancellation or return of the shipment, fees apply according to the policy of return and cancellation of the shipment without exception.

Order Tracking:

Riyadh Orders: The delivery representative will contact you before heading to your address.
The delivery period inside Riyadh is from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Orders outside Riyadh: A shipment tracking number will be sent to follow up on the shipment status directly from the shipping company's website.
